IMPORTANT: A link to an online Intake Form will be included in your Confirmation Email. This must be completed and submitted at least 72 hours in advance of your session.  If you can not access the link, your answers must be emailed to Dr. Bartlett at: [email protected]. The session will not take place unless Richard receives this email at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Due to the 10-minute (or shorter) timeframe, there will likely be no conversation as Dr. Bartlett will want to use the time to work on the concerns you already submitted in advance of your session to [email protected].

Please be advised that if you cancel within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment, you must pay the session fee in full, as this time was reserved for you.  

You may use the online scheduler to reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours before your confirmed scheduled appointment.

Due to the seminar and practice schedule, rescheduling or follow up sessions may take some time to schedule.

We request that you please take the first available opening whenever possible as we are trying to group sessions close together for optimal use of everyone's time.  As each session day is filled, more time slots are opened up. If you select a later time when earlier slots are still open, you may be asked to reschedule if the gap in between does not fill up with other sessions.
